About Montville Township

It is a wonderful place to live, and a great place to do business.

Our neighborhoods are intentionally designed with several levels of home pricing in each neighborhood  combining green space, woods, lakes, trails and other recreational facilities, using zoning that employs the Planned Unit Development (PUD) concept.  Check out Montville's neighborhoods

Highly rated schools are nestled within neighborhoods, so that children can walk to class and live close to their academic activities, sports, and studies.
