Montville Police Department Public Record Request


Copies of Public Records will be released by designated personnel during record's hours Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-12pm.  Requests during these times may be made by coming to Montville Police Department .

Requests after those times will be provided by use of this form. Generally, copies of reports will be provided at no cost; however, if the amount of pages exceeds 25 there will  be a charge of 15 cents per page for total number of pages. If CDS/DVDS are requested you will need to provide $1.00 or you may bring in a replacement.

We ask that you supply your name, full address, email address, and/or fax number so that we can email or fax the records you request if you are not picking them up.  Also supply your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you for further information.  You will be contacted by telephone when the records are available for pick up.  Providing this information is NOT required. However, this will make it much easier to contact the requestor to verify what records are being requested and when the records are ready.
